Appointments must be scheduled in advance. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice. Missed appointments without prior notice may incur a service fee.
Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed. We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and other agreed-upon methods. Late payments may incur additional fees.
Our work may include limited warranties on labor and select parts. Warranty terms will be provided in writing during or after service. Warranty is void if the system is tampered with or improperly maintained after our service.
AkoolSaver is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from service delays, system malfunctions, or usage outside recommended conditions. Our maximum liability is limited to the cost of the services rendered.
